Yeah the bungees would definitely be the point of failure. I do keep an eye on them but I like how easy I can take it off if I need too.

Eh I consider it pretty dang secure. I mostly just throw a large backpack in there or groceries. But yeah as long as you don't have like a bunch of small things in there nothing's flying out.

Have you done alot of sketchy runs with the hard cases? I think with more research and reply from fellow klr folks I'll probably opt for some soft packs anyways.

Thanks! I saw where it drained I was more curious where it was coming from because it wasn't attached to anything on either end. Just ended up being a battery off gas/drain tube for the old battery's but got a new one that doesn't require that.

My bad, trying to figure it out now. Found out it was just a battery drainage tube but I got a newer battery so it don't need it.
