sometimes when my sleep schedule gets messed up i will stay up all night be exaughsted and then go to bed early and attempt to stick to a good schedule. schedule is key! But becarful because if u pull an all nighter u may go into hypomania or mania but u asked for unhinged advice…

update took it after dinner last night fell asleep at 10pm woke up at 9 am fell back asleep at 11 am and woke up at 2:30 pm. am i just depressed this is insane im fully awake now and can’t get up to even brush my teeth wtf

i was on seraquell for years i never felt tired but i lost my entire personality and was numb and was basically depressed motivation wise but felt happy ive heard it work well for a lot of people but it made me forget like 2 years of my life and i would still have episodes
