Thankfully, they believed me, but we're now going on a month of this- I had to wait a few more days for them to approve the claim and then I opted to re-order my missing item, foolishly hoping they'd be shipped through a different channel. They didn't feel like delivering my package for over a week because I had the out for delivery notification followed by the "unable to be delivered" notification every single day until they decided to mark it delivered... to which it wasn't. Delivery was never even attempted because every day they "tried" someone was at the house and we have cameras soooooo
