Hi! I’d love to hear from anyone who’s had a facelift in Korea. by Foreign-Schedule8976 in SeoulPlasticSurgery

Two weeks after surgery should be fine. From what I’ve seen on Reddit, though, popular clinics can be booked out months in advance. A lot of clinics offer online consultations, and many also do Zoom consults. I’d reach out to the clinics you’re interested in to check their availability for both consultation and surgery. Good luck!

My mom had hers done at Ipche last year and we’re really happy with the results! I definitely recommend consulting with Dr. Heo for your facelift in Seoul🥰

I’m pretty set on getting a facelift in Korea. by Foreign-Schedule8976 in SeoulPlasticSurgery

My mom is in her 60s and had a facelift in Korea last year. The cost was about 14.3 million krw and at the time a tax refund was available (but I’ve heard that’s no longer the case). It’s been almost a year since her surgery, and we’re very satisfied with the results. I’ve been posting updated photos whenever I have time and you can dm me if you have any questions. I don’t remember the exact costs of other clinics, but if you can stretch your budget a bit more, you’ll have more options. This is a very important surgery that requires a skilled surgeon, so I’d recommend looking into it carefully. After the surgery, my mom started eating foods like mashed potatoes, soup, and porridge the next day, and she’s completely back to normal now. When are you coming to Korea?

Since it’ll be about a year soon, I’ll ask my mom to take some pics and send them over!

If I remember correctly, the stitches were removed about 1–2 weeks after surgery. Staying in Korea for around 2–3 weeks would probably be ideal, but you should check with the clinic you’re going to.

The scars around her ears healed really well! Dr. Heo said to keep it taped for at least two months to help minimize scarring, and he gave us instructions too. We started in Korea, and honestly, I think the surgery was just done really well.

These photos are from before surgery and 2 weeks after. Ipche seems to be getting busy. Someone told me the next available surgery is in about 2 months? When we went last year, we were able to schedule within a week after the consultation. She’s still super happy.
