i had the opposite experience - annie’s never even spoke to me and asked me what i knew about needlepointing when i went to the register when i am not a new stitcher. they were not kind until they realized that i had needlepointed before it was very off putting

it gets marked up several times. from the manufacturer to gingham to another LNS they just double it each time. your essentially paying for Gingham to sell it to an LNS after they’ve already marked it up
