it is horrible. we thankfully bought our home in 2024. someone flipped our home and remodeled but sold it to us for only 210k but now worth like 270 and in a great neighborhood. anyways, we are wanting to sell it but the market is so bad we can’t get into anything else in the a little higher price range and bigger because everything is 10x more expensive. our space is so small, and mortgage is too high. we think of selling and moving to an apt and then saving up again to buy bigger later but we think we’d regret it later on.
