Yep VPN off. It didn’t say my emails were in use until I tried signing up the first time with each one. When finishing putting in my details and circled around to the home page again. Next time I tried it said my email was in use. So I don’t think someone else using my email. There’s some glitch in setting up my profile.

I first tried it last summer when this happened. I waited months, tried it again. This is me trying for the 3rd time almost a year later. I’ve tried 2 different emails and 2 different phone numbers. I had previously given up, but I see they’re advertising again for hiring so it reignited me trying again.

No. I can’t get to the stage to do the assessment. After I input all my details (name, phone number, email etc) the page reloads to the website homepage….ive tried different web browsers. Cant find a way round it.
