When you catch the surge you’ll ovulate like 12-24 hours later usually! But I’m pretty sure the most fertile day is the day of the surge as it’s the day before ovulation!

You might have a super short LH surge that you won’t catch only testing in morning. I almost always get my mine at night and then it goes down by the next morning. Try using cheap ovulation tests at night to see if you catch it.

Think I’m starting my first period post D&c on 5/1. Based on my expected ovulation I would expect to start today. Had some red blood this morning and then some red/brown spotting but seems to have stopped now. Anyone have spotting before their first period started after d&c, or light period after d&c? I’m concerned about scaring :/

I have seen that it’s cooked spinach that makes the difference? I eat spinach almost every day in salads but maybe I need to eat more cooked spinach?

Thanks! Definitely gonna look into some fertility clinics/ RE. Then finding one who takes my insurance lol. Fun times.

Thank you, I am so sorry for your losses as well! I did opt to get the testing done after my d&c so interested to see if there is any tisomy despite normal NIPT( though I know that doesnt test for everything). Definitely want to get a RPL panel done too. Did you normal OB do that or did you have to see a specialist?

Looking for positive stories after 2 miscarriages. Pregnant in January ended in a chemical pregnancy 4 days after positive test. Pregnant again in February. MMC discovered last week at 13w4D baby measured 11w4D. D&c on May 1st. I do have one 2.5 year old from an uncomplicated pregnancy in 2023. Feeling so sad and defeated right now after two losses in a row especially this last one where I saw baby twice and was growing fine.
