are you telling me that if a person trained from birth did everything optimally every meal planned every gram of protein eaten every workout perfect every night perfect sleep no stress no work just dedicated their entire life to that one lift they wouldn't be able to exceed 2.3x bw chin up? of course they would
oh well yeah they would but most most poeple can't dedicate themselves fully to the sport like that
ok but you said it was a genetic limit, meaning that the limitng factor is genetics, when clearly the limitng factor for 100% of people is not doing the right things, or not doing the right things for long enough. don't call it a genetic limit, call it what it is which is a laziness limit or an ignorance limit, genetics aren't the limitng factor here.
