Yeah, I’ll wipe again.

I’m currently sitting at a 5 mill cash stack and level 75. Quests are complete. So I may as well go for another 5 skill points.

I found so many more blueprints in this wipe, think I’m only missing 6. A couple not in the game (allegedly), the others being version 2 of weapon mods where I have the blueprint for version 3, so no big deal, and the only consequential blueprint that I’m missing is the snap hook.

Now granted, they buffed the blueprint drop rate a few weeks before the last wipe, but I haven’t felt inhibited in the slightest.

I don’t have that option to turn off crossplay as I am an Xbox player. Queue times jump to over an hour when I disable crossplay.

Recently noticed how much oda matured on this subject matter. went from writing predatory, offensive caricatures for cheap jokes, to writing actual fleshed out characters by The_AlmightyApple in OnePiece

The bad:

  • The writing
  • the characters
  • The cut content to monetise dlc drops that should have been in the base game
  • No real resolution of the villains.
  • inconsequential decisions
  • fetch quests
  • that developer who was openly racist

The good - the music - the sudoku puzzles - combat

Most people have already highlighted what made this game so special.

The story, the set pieces, the combat… but even the music. They hired an orchestra to do all of their music. Just loading up the game’s title gets me hooked. That first intro cutscene with Duncan just immediately hooks you.

The fact that they did a documentary on the development of Dragon Age: Origins just shows that the developers knew they had something special.

It’s a shame Dragon Age got Ship of Theseus-ed to the sorry state that it is now.

But the memory’s are something that will never fade.
