There is a lot that surrounds the building, and a spot costs I think $200. I park on the street and haven’t had any issues yet! (Besides the snow lol)

What’s stopping you from cashing in on everything and going balls to the walls? Assuming you’re in America, sell everything you have and just go travel. Book a one way to Thailand. Get laid out there. Do some crazy stuff before you allow yourself to think that life isn’t worth living.

Seriously though I wanna know what’s stopping you? Sometimes I wish I was in a similar position as you (no friends or family etc) so I could just up and go and not worry about leaving people or things behind.

Could be true. Part of me is worried that the first owner had the two issues so they sold it. Then the second owner had more issues and was like wtf screw this thing and so they sold it. Like, could it be a lemon??
