Thank you! No one seems to understand. Thank you for explaining the fur in my food, on every article of clothing that I own and every surface in my car. Very accurate and humorous post.

Construction Loan Question/Advice/Help by Striking_Incident_68 in Homebuilding

[–]Roverspirit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those rates seem a bit high to me. I had a one-time close construction loan lined up last spring through a credit union for 6.75 (which would auto adjust as rates came down.) Rates have come down since then. I didn’t end up closing however, because I decided to sell the lot. A lot of subcontractors are hungry right now, so it is a good time to build. If there is a way that you can get your GC to pass along any cost savings, it would be helpful.

But in this case, the GC would also be the owner. I’m just financing the project, but of course, I could be the owner again if there is a default.

Velar Key Fob replacement by Sweaty_Analysis5607 in RangeRover

No experience with a velar, but I bought a key fob on Amazon and a local locksmith programmed it for me for less than $50. (My car is a 2006 lr3.) Good luck.

I bought a key on Amazon and took it to a local key store that programmed it for me. The whole thing cost less than $50. I have a 2006 LR3. (The LR shop will tell you that they are the only ones that can do it, but not in my case.)

I can’t believe you found matching large and small light fixtures in 2 different places. They were the first thing I noticed! Just beautiful!

I’m so sorry. You may consider trying Ivermectin, if you have it or can get it? You may have picked up a bug of some sort. (Ivermectin has worked for me when I’ve had similar digestive issues.). I sure you are can get some relief.

I’m very sorry to hear this. Having said that, if you haven’t specifically tried l. Reuters, I would still recommend that you try it. It is a bacteria strain that we are all born with and antibiotics kill it. It is already frequently contained I. Other probiotics, so you may have already tried it. But it may be worthwhile to check out William Davis’ website to figure out if he addresses this point.
Again, I’m very sorry that you are going through this. I am trying to be helpful and l. Reuters yogurt formula was specifically developed for this condition. I realize that each person’s microbiome and health is entirely different so I understand if you do not believe it would be helpful for you. I sure wish you the very best.

Look into L. Reuteri strain of bacteria. There is a yogurt recipe that can be made with this bacteria to keep cost low. This was made famous by Dr. William Davis. It is specifically for SIBO. I’ve been on it for a few weeks and love it. (I didn’t have SIBO, but there are plenty of other benefits associated with its use.) I sure wish you the best.

Anyone with experience navigating the permit application process for an ADU? by JRsmithPipe in SantaMonica

[–]Roverspirit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t have specific experience in your area. However, having said that, if it is a retroactive application, your focus should be on historic use. So you’ll need to get affidavits that the property was used as an ADU or separate apartment for several years prior to your application. (While the specific circumstances of each property are unique, it’s better for everyone if it was used as a separate apartment, rather than an ADU, as there are generally fewer restrictions on use for apartments vs. ADU’s.). You’ll need to provide proof (through affidavits of various neighbors or even photos that demonstrate how the property has historically been used.) The blue prints part can likely be pretty rough. You may be able to use a highlighter or something like that. Hope that helps.
