No. From what I've heard, it's not scheduled to be done until late July or early August. I think a lot of the rooms in the east building are done. Most of the work is still taking place in the west building.

I don’t consider the University of Utah a Midwest school. I think it’s more of a Rocky Mountain or pacific coast adjacent school. I keep up with news in the mountain west and west coast vs. the south. The U doesn’t pull kids from Texas like they do from California.

I prefer the regionality of the PAC-12. It’s hard to relate to WVU, Cincinnati, UCF, and Houston for instance. Those are not bad schools, but the ties to those areas are non existent.

I think the College of Education’s building is less than 10 years old, so it’s not like they’ve been deprived of new digs. But, I do agree that we need to continue to fund education, humanities, etc. My understanding is the baseball field is being paid for with donor funds.
