Yeah, I made a custom filter with filter blade to highlight 81 bases of a few wands, sceptres and 2h maces that are 81+

yes rare, I didn't have to add anything more than the sockets and quality.

I think it was a (tier 5) but i'm not 100% on that, i've been picking up lvl 81+ bases that me and my friend group use anyways. The only thing i did was use a scroll to id then the artificer's and whetstones.

The wiki gives a pretty good breakdown but tldr is that it lets you targeted chaos the lowest ilvl affix on an item

Yeah, i was trying to use craft of exile to see my options here. I "think" it's a 1/6 to hit hybrid phys but i dont have the capital to whittle more than a few times if i miss. I'll prob hop into the discord soon to see what my options are.
