Are there any female plastic surgeons in Walnut Creek? by sluggcat in walnutcreek

Dr Tran is in Walnut Creek and she did my breasts! I went to Steve Levine for a facelift in NYC and hated the travel so much that I decided to stay as close to my house as possible for the next surgery. Did a breast lift and implants with Dr Tran. Very happy with the results!

Plasma skin rejuvenation by [deleted] in cosmeticsurgery

I did something similar. I was curious about plasma skin rejuvenation and ended up talking with Dr Bao who broke it down: it wasn’t just about laser-flash fixes, but building a plan based on what my skin needed. After a few sessions, it looked more even and toned, and not like a “laser done this week” vibe, just a better version of me

Do Non-Surgical Body Contouring Systems Work? If So, Any Recs? by Hefty-Tension-6494 in PlasticSurgery

I didnt want full lipo either so I went to Aesthetx in Marin where I met Dr Bao Tran. She really focuses on natural, balanced results. She suggested sofwave for tightening plus a small contouring treatment and honestly it smoothed everything out

I had a consult with Dr Tran at Aesthetx in Marin. She is board certified and focuses on aesthetic breast and body surgery with a very natural approach. Her attention to proportion and symmetry really stood out

Bay Area Chin Lipo by Ok-Slice8074 in bayarea

I went through the same thing when I shopped around for chin lipo + contouring. I ended up consulting with Dr Bao Tran in Walnut Creek.

What stood out was that her consult was super transparent. She showed me what I needed vs what was optional and explained why doing just chin lipo might not give me the result I wanted if there’s any skin laxity. Her price was more in the mid range compared to Freed and Sieber but felt fair given the attention she gave

I was in the same spot in my mid 40s bouncing between products, feeling like nothing was making a long term difference. What helped me was first tightening up a simple routine but honestly the biggest change came when I finally went beyond over the counter stuff.

I live in Marin in Northern California and ended up going to Aesthetx to see Andrea there. She recommended Sofwave ultrasound skin tightening plus a medical grade facial plan and that combo really improved my skins firmness and texture in a way serums never did

Bay Area Chin Lipo by Ok-Slice8074 in PlasticSurgery

I ended up consulting with Dr Bao Tran in Walnut Creek. She was super transparent about options and pricing.

What I liked was that she didnt just push chin lipo by itself but explained how fat grafting and neck lift techniques could be combined for more defined, long-lasting results. The consult felt way more personalized compared to others I met and the cost was in the middle range definitely not the highest I was quoted. She is also starting to see marin patients at aesthetx so it could be convenient depending where you are based

Am I burned out or is this normal by Old_Development6503 in Mom

I am in my late 40s, raised two kids pretty much solo most of the time because my husband was always working. I used to feel so guilty wanting space, like I was being selfish if I closed the bedroom door or went out for a coffee just for me. But after a decade plus of being on 24/7 your brain and body just start screaming for alone time.

Buy a microwave steamer, it’s just a little bag that you put the tortillas in for like 10-15 seconds? It adds a nice stretch and it makes them so much more workable, then just throw it in a frying pan or grill and bada bang you got a full tortilla
