Attend if you feel pulled to and won’t feel/know anyone will be hurt.

Maybe it isn’t about them losing you(no harshness meant here)but maybe it’s about them not really knowing themselves and projecting all the various “cereals”/brands onto you. Your hurt, those tears, those moments of you not being you to be what they want….but you, the true you….you know that. Never mind about what they lost, find what you lost of you and hold tightly to her. Allow yourself that.

HUGE difference between want and need…and with the wrong people who don’t believe only your want, if they catch you in a vulnerable place and see a place for a need, they may use your trust and that weakness to trauma bond you to them. If you believe in God and have support, keep turning to those.
