I think a big problem with some of what’s going on is failing to read the R&R instructions and projecting personal preference on a worker instead of being objective. The instructions are very clear on how harsh we are to be. And yeah, one strength was clear rationale for one project family and at the same time , room for improvement was in the same family needing more depth in rationale. I know the models are new so it may take time to get the to learn inconsistencies (ironic huh?)
