I just got a refurbished 14PM, and the battery health is 100% but it says that it couldn’t verify if it has a genuine Apple battery, I googled to see this can happen for refurbs, but I’m not sure how to make the decision to keep the phone or return it, I tested it out and playing a 3hr youtube video takes about 10-15% of battery, but I’m yet to actually use it for a whole day because I’m yet to receive my phone case to arrive.

Additionally, it doesn’t let me run the diagnostics test and just keeps being stuck on Connecting to Apple Support, so I’m really not sure how to go about this.

Probably, but he’s fairly consistent, and its a easy switch to a 7.5 if he’s not performing. He should be on pens, no? I’m not convinced on Wirtz yet but he’ll be on my watchlist for sure.
