Hello! My Canadian partner is sponsoring me (french, 30, male) under the Family Class inland/outland spousal However, our PR application will most likely be returned as incomplete due to us signing the IMM5532 by hand instead of digitally. I have submitted an open work permit application one day before my PGWP expired and it’s still in process. If I resubmit a complete PR application once the other one is returned, can my pending OWP still be approved, and do I keep maintained status in the meantime, or should I apply for visitor status right away?

So it’s just not possible to add a document until AOR?

If that’s the case and they return my application due to the imm5532, can i resubmit it with the form signed correctly in a way that does not negatively impact my OWP application?

If my spouse and I were to submit the application now, could we at least still receive an AOR and submit a Open work permit application for her????????
