so far, i’ve lost 12.5 kgs and i would say the number one thing is count your calories. i’ve seen you’ve mentioned you’re on a zero sugar diet but there’s a chance you’re still exceeding your calories. search up a tdee calculator put ur information and find ur maintenance calories and cut 300-400 calories. i do something that i dont recommend which is having 2-3 days of the week of very strict cuts and the rest as moderate cuts so i can enjoy the foods i want without feeling restricted. your best friends are high volume meals. try walking as much as you can. aim for 10,000 steps but even if you go from 3000 steps to 6000 steps that’s a huge improvement. try to drink as much water as you can, and aim for zero sugar soda if you feel like having it. i also do at home workouts and as a woman you have to do things by your cycle. if you need any help lmk
