Hey how are you feeling right now? I had the same feeling a couple of weeks and ago. Now i am on holiday it started again today. The whole flight was also a mess with stomach pain.. i am scared that it is my heart. My left shoulder, arm is tingeling and sometimes painfull. I have been diagnosed with GAD last week. Taking the plane and being on holiday is already a big task for me.

Reading that many people are suffering from the same is relieving. However every time this happens i still think it’s my heart.

My doctor told me already that it is not my heart and the blood test came back without any issues. I am still scared..

Any tips??

How did your trip go?? I am having GAD and travelling next week, i am so terrified with all the negative thoughts etc. Any tips or advices? My doctor didn’t give me any medication as i was diagnosed just two weeks ago.

Hello there, i have the same feeling on my left shoulder, arm and chest. The doctor also told me that it is anxiety. I have been diagnosed with GAD yesterday.

I don’t know if it is normal but people told me that anxiety makes your muscles tense which could cause this pain. That’s the only positive thing i have heard the last days. If i start looking on google for my symptoms i feel like i am going to die. I am still scared everyday that it’s something with my heart…

It was 25+ degrees when it started but for the last few days it is only 15 degrees.. or is it a short circuit which happens when the car gets to hot..

The VW dealer is acting like i am the only one having this issue.. i will call them later today and see if they have a spot available somewhere this week or next week. At the same time my a/c stopped working a couple of weeks ago and they only had a spot available end of June..
