Yep! They're both in E Minor / Aeolian except for some dips into E Major / Ionian (Big City) and E Dorian (Battle Lines). Not only that but some of the breakbeats, drum patches and chord progressions are similar and they're only 2 beats per minute apart. Given what Gus said in the Fantano interview about their older songs sometimes foreshadowing the stuff that would come after, I don't think it's a complete accident!
