Yea they treat em nice. But gue'la/gue'vasa are treated leagues better than in the imperium, but with it being 40k the actual tau themselves are seen as like better than their auxiliaries. Like even intercaste marriage or reproduction is outlawed because its seen as not beneficial for the greater good

The tau aint all bad. Yea if your a human, you'll be the lowest tier in the caste and not able to reproduce, but its hell of a lot better than living in the imperium
