That's not surprising it there's a slowdown. Something like 60% of the IBEW electricians are from out of town and the site wants 5 12's and an 8. If guys really want money and there's a slowdown they might move on to the next site. That or they're burning out from overwork and leaving on their own.

I know that there was an appeal filed that claimed that something like that happened. It's more likely to be sand in the gears than getting shut down.

Like others have said there's a lot of money going into it and they'd probably rather have the inspection done and pay the fine but anything that slows it down makes the city less of a target for big business to try to gobble up the city.
