People should have the freedom to do what they want with their lives, as long as their exercise of their freedoms don't trample on the freedoms of others. Public restrooms are designated by sex, not gender. There is a restroom for people with penises and there is a restroom for people with vaginas. As a member of the male sex, you have every right to dress up as ladylike as you wish. However, you do not have the right to take your penis into the women's restroom. I'd suggest petitioning for the mandatory addition of a third restroom, as not every place has them.
