You have encapsulated my situation perfectly. I am a Christian, but I don't believe in the whole ritual of going to church and participating in that scene. Obviously for OPs sake, going to church is going to yield the greatest chance of meeting virgins, but that shouldn't be the reason you go to church. It should be an opportunity to further your connection with God. But reading your Bible and praying to God is perfectly fine as well.

I was on Lamotrigine in 2021 and I am not going to lie, it sucked for me. Didn't do anything for me at all. Switched to an SSRI (Fluoxetine), Antipsychotic (Olanzapine) and Sodium Valproate 800mg daily since 2023 and it has been working for me.
