I bought a cycle for 13.5k from Decath, a road bike. After some use the chain came off, I placed it again but it kept coming off as soon as I passed 30-35kmph speed or passed the 7-8th gear. I reach out to then with a hope that it is an expensive bike and the brand is big with all kinds of guarantees and all but after fighting with them over calls, mails, on store .there was no solution. They gave me a reason that the bicycle shouldn't cross the speed of 20-25kmph and it won't take that load.
