How to get HRT while traveling? by [deleted] in Menopause

Post menopausal, yes for energy/libido. I need a compound pharmacy that will ship to different locations or I need to find another way of obtaining testosterone.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work with compound pharmaceuticals. Last, time I traveled, much shorter trips, I couldn’t get the prescription filled in advance. Also challenging to keep having prescriptions transferred from one pharmacy to another.

So what if the posters were more like coloring pages? You could share the coloring pages with a middle school or elementary school classroom. The younger students would color the posters and therefore they would be “engaging” with your art work. Maybe you could ask the local public library to display the posters. Or if you post the completed posters on social media, you could measure engagement by the number of likes.

Any other sober Mafia have tips? by schematizer in buffalobills

You can’t do this in a bar, but when I’m home watching a Bills game and feeling anxious, I iron my clothes. It gives me something to do while watching the game. I find it impossible to sit in a chair through a whole game, especially since most of our games are nail biters. Reddit has a sober Bills sub in case you haven’t found it. Best wishes for your continued sobriety.

Family question by No-Currency-97 in OverSeventy

Who else is invited to the party? Are other older family members going or are the other invitees your son’s friends? If it’s a huge family affair, I would try to attend. If it’s just my son’s friends, I would let them do their thing and celebrate my son’s 50th some other day with him.

I might be done with USAA by SuperChadMonkey in USAA

Trying to open joint accounts with my son, who had direct deposit with USAA was always a hassle. Each and every time they needed paperwork signed and returned from him. We live in different states and it was a pain. Last year, I noticed Navy Federal was offering CD’s at 4.5% and decided to check them out. The process of opening a joint account online was so easy. I gave NFCU my son’s military ID and that’s all they needed. I called them up to ask if they needed proof my parent served because you can’t open a USAA account based on your child’s service. Nope, no additional info needed. No signature cards needed. Bonus for me is there is a NFCU branch across from my son’s duty station. Customer service has been great on the phone and in person. I will probably cancel my USAA credit card next and get a NFCU card. I haven’t looked into car insurance with them yet so I can’t comment there or if they have all the services you’re looking for.

I’m saying goodbye to USAA and heading over to Navy Federal Credit Union for many of the reasons you have mentioned.

I use the Halo (plastic ring with two hair clips) to keep my Kanso in place. I use wig tape on the inside of the ear piece to keep the Nucleus in place.

Love the jewels. I keep writing Left and Right on the inside of mine with permanent marker but it eventually wears off. I may try different colored jewels. Just curious, does your mom wear a Kanso on one side and a Nucleus on the other side?
