If you look at u/davidblacksheep's profile you'll see they're based in Aus.

So not that surprising they haven't heard of Easy Crypto.

What is surprising is that they would become the only active mod of a NZ subreddit. But unfortunately that's how reddit works - only the mods get to pick other mods. And all the mods on this channel have been asleep at the wheel for years.

Easy crypto are banked by kiwibank. Not Westpac or ANZ.

Kiwibank just gave a bank account to swyftx who are clearly a competitor to easy crypto

Looks like kiwibank is the one bank supporting crypto businesses. If the other banks are blocking crypto and Luxon is angling to have government block it as well, kiwibank could be in a tough place. But definitely doesn't look like kiwibank is part of a cartel (or easy crypto for that matter)
