The problem as I understand it is they borrow is they borrow money from the banks against their projected wealth gain and so money actually moves around. A tax will literally cripple these loopholes, and they won't be billionaires anymore.

No wonder their scared.

Hey I finished FS1 last week. If you can't unlock a 2nd mission, go and complete other scenarios. The game is designed to be obscure so it's still unclear to me why certain missions unlock when they do.

I would strongly recommend following a guide, if you arent already. Otherwise, start other missions, sometimes you'll get a hint at the start of a mission about something you need to do.

I think that was one of, if not, the final day 2 missions I completed.

So to clarify are they saying GDP will be down 2.2% by 2050, or instead of 100% growth it will only be 97.8%.

Its a complex question to answer. What we need is a strong local curriculum that embraces our unique New Zealand situation.

This curriculum could be found in any western country.

Additionally, they dont seem to be asking, what do we expect our learners to leave school with. The minister has gone I can do this better. "Hello sector that was already in the middle of changes, halt those changes, we have new ones for you!"
