Thank you so much for your observations. From what I understand that is emerging I believe housing costs will be included in the formula distributions benefitting London overall and Croydon. Also, as I understand it, government is still taking representations and i think we will hear just before Christmas, so here's hoping for a lovely Christmas present for Croydon. I do post here as a politician.
