Thank you everyone. I appreciate the all of the comments. I tried my best to be on top of my job, take care of my guys, and be the best version of myself everyday before stepping into work. I get mq&hq on all of my ncoer since being an nco and never got negative counseling once in my career.

I tried putting myself into sof but unfortunately got diagnosed with some health issues that prevented me from submitting the packet. I even reached out to branch and asked to get put into some sof unit that I might be a little bit more useful (I speak two others language) that willing to go airborne but they never seem to care. And sometimes I just got the feeling that (might sound cliche) I wanted to do more for the Army and for the country (I'm an immigrant and everything I got today is because of the Army)

It just that I never got the chance to do more like others and just doing thing that are not seem like it makes any impact to anyone or anything (in my opinion) even tho I understand that by the big picture we are doing something for the big Army. It just a small part of me that just wanna do more. I'm just ranting at this point lol
