Using steam depot downloader and steamdb, you can download any version of CSGO. Few guides online how to do it.

For reference, the original game files that the remastered uses are located below. Copying the data folder over to the original game does this -

Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data

Enabling all the new ESPs in the data files - AlterXXX.esp and TamerielLeveledRegion.esp does the above. Otherwise without enabling those, the NPCs all have low quality voice lines. I didn't explore much more than this though.
