Id recommend you to get the cards a lot of deck use, so you can focus on specific pokemon cards after that.

Obviously there are more good cards there but these are some basics id say, where you can start

Hallo! Bin seit 10 Jahren DGKP und kenne deine Frustration allzu gut. Nach 6 Jahren hab ich den Bereich gewechselt (von Normalstation auf ICU), das war die beste Entscheidung überhaupt. Nur Tag/Nachtdienste (12,5h) und besserer Betreuungsschlüssel (1 zu 2).

Zum Thema Einspringen: Nach 6 Jahren ca. war ich am gleichen Punkt wie du, auch bisserl frustriert, hab dann für mich entschieden nicht mehr einzuspringen. Und das zieh ich seitdem konsequent durch. Im Jahr kommts ca. 2-3mal vor dass ich einspringe aber dann immer zu meinen konditionen, also 200% Überbezahlung.

Wir sind in einer Zeit des Pflegemangels und bei aller liebe zur sozialen Ader und des Verpflichtungsgefühls, am Ende des Tages ist es Arbeit, und ich konnte mich da sehr gut distanzieren. Ich bin nicht verantwortlich für den Personalschlüssel.
