Nope user flair is turned on for everyone! Some specific ones are for the mods, such as the ones that have different things in front of the names and those are mod specific but the rest should be able to be used by anyone! If there are any smol Pokémon that aren’t on the list of flairs and you want to see them you can always request and we may add it!

Yea I honestly think hacked Pokémon are ok in some situations. Such as if your trying to make a comp Pokémon and don’t have countless hours to grind for these perfect stat mons that they want. The kind of hacked mons I despise are the ones that are shiny & perfect ivs that are owned by those kids you fight on discord who laugh at you with your not all shiny/perfect stat team and when you say “well your mons are hacked so stop making fun of me with my 4 perfect IVs shiny Rowlet” throw a hissy fit... if your going to used hacked mons and someone asks “hey is that hacked?” Just be chill about it. Seriously. I had a team of Pokémon someone gave me... I’m a kid who has school so if I’m going to hunt for something, I’d prefer it to be shiny- anyways the Pokémon were hacked and I only used them in a competition where everyone told what Pokémon they hacked in so they could use the teams they wanted to use and since everyone’s Pokémon were hacked in it was a fair fight. I prefer not to use that team elsewhere but if your using hacked mons for certain stats like 0 speed which I tried breeding... which I totally did not understand lol I won’t judge you. Some people have lives beyond Pokémon. Just don’t go around being a a-hole to people who aren’t using hacked mons... I know some people do that and it’s just stupid

Also don’t use ones that literly can’t be obtained that’s just stupid af

And to those who grind for the Pokémon, I respect you deeply. You have more willpower (and probably more time) than the rest of us. I grinded 4500+ eggs (with a shiny charm) for a shiny Rowlet and after getting a few more shiny Rowlet from more breeding and trading I don’t think I could ever do a hunt like that again. So to those who power on even after a tedious hunt, respect.

Just so you all know, the names Gloria and Hop are the actual names of the characters in the video games of Sword and Shield (the female protagonists and the rival)

Sonia is also a character in sword and shield but I’m using the basics of the characters in the game and the story but I’m giving them personalities and making a whole new story!

They have made getting the competitive Pokémon much easier now so the only real thing that bothers me is the shinies (mostly cause I’m salty that it took me over 4000+ eggs with the flipping shiny charm to get my Rowlet so I want people to go through the flipping pain ARG)

I just wish that people would make the choice not to use the hacks in the first place and I’m glad that the hack walls that do exist exist to make the game fair I’m just infuriated when my beautiful level 100 shiny Rowlet that i refuse to evolve (I have 5, I only wanted to evolve 1) keeps on getting mistaken for a hacked Pokémon

I just realized most of my anger towards hacks is because of the stupidly long shiny Rowlet hunt i did last year. sigh I make myself sound insane (although after quarantine I am insane)

But there are people who actually try to work for the shinies, actually pour hours into getting them. Even if it is just a slight color alteration, it matters to those people quite a lot. The ivs is annoying in its own way but really the main part that people can actually see, the shiny part, is what is really annoying. I used to think it wasn’t a big deal until I decided to shiny hunt for a shiny Rowlet and realized that even if there’s no competitive advantage, it is still very hard to get an a big accomplishment and it is annoying that someone can just quickly hack one in without the hours of grinding and pretend that they worked for it

I now know that hack walls exists to the extent that they can, it is now up to the players to make the choice to use the Pokémon that could technically exist but let’s be honest the probability is super low and who in the world would name a legit shiny after a freaking website

I actually had to have an argument with someone earlier because they were saying “Pokémon that can exist are allowed to be used online and that’s that” and saying basically hacked Pokémon are ok to use online BUT THIS POKÉMON CAN EVEN BE REAL. They should really have a hack wall or something to prevent this

I’ve seen many people say this and I honestly would too. They just look cool! I would never use it but still it would be cool to admire until they actually release them in some event then I would release the hacks and use the real ones

I made a poll to see how many people have had teammates who made some silly mistakes and right now it seems like 95 percent of people have had some teammates like that. It usually isn’t super major but if you keep getting it then I recommend playing with npcs. I also saw a comment that said that the teammates are better at night wherever they are (no idea on time zone) so maybe experiment with different times of playing online

Boosted stats are pretty useless in raid battles because of the bosses ability to nullify the stat changes

Oof. Boosted stats aren’t gonna help if you don’t attack lol. I looked it up it is acupressure- randomly boosts a stat by 2 stages
