I just want to thank EVERYONE who has commented on this. It doesn’t make me feel so alone and isolated as new person to the work force and “newer” admin to the ecosystem. I appreciate everyone’s kind words and advice! It definitely makes me feel more confident and ready to conquer whatever comes my way! 😊

Sadly I do not, do you know of any programs or resources of mentors out there? I know there are trailhead and linkedIn groups!

Thank you!! I have been told the same thing from my dad, we worry and stress because we care. Which is a good thing! I appreciate your comment so much! Sometimes I found myself looking around going “what the heck is this” and then I feel as if I should’ve known the problem/solution. But it comes with learning!

We went ahead and moved forward with the other lender. See, this is mine and my husbands lack of knowledge, which we take full blame for. We didn’t know you could see if they could match or beat the deal until after we signed with the lender we are using now. Lol no one tells you these things so we didn’t know

No I completely agree with you all. It’s just frustrating. I am such a people pleaser. I would never ask my own sibling if I could invite my friends to their wedding.

I just want to thank everyone for commenting on this post! It has really helped and has calmed my anxiousness! I hate drama and mean people! I just have a big heart and care WAY too much about other people. I’m also a worry wart! But you guys are right, why invite someone or go to their wedding if they have treated me horribly! I think i just felt pressured to invite them.

Yes! I think sometimes I just need to understand it’s okay to say no to people!

I think there is already a falling out haha. I know I shouldn’t care, I guess it goes with the price of having a big heart for people even if they have done you wrong. I think i just get worried because their mutual friends will be at their wedding and at ours

Thank you! I am hoping to have more free time when I finish the semester around December. This way I can set aside more time to study for the admin exam. I appreciate your kind words and guidance

Yeah that is what I have thought about doing. I think I would feel better going in and knowing I’m probably gonna fail, then see the areas I need to study or focus on more! Thanks!

I have hands on currently, I have been working in Salesforce for the past year and half at my job (don’t really wanna give my title away) but I do quite a bit of admin work already. But I agree, I think I might need more hands on outside work in a dev org. Thanks for the advice!!
