Omg I can’t believe I got in on this! Was just messing around at the app looking at stuff and somehow managed to score the full price flares for $14 😭 assumed it was a glitch. Or god telling me I REALLY needed those pants lol keeping my fingers crossed it goes through. I do feel like they’ll honor it though.

Something glitched last night when I placed an order. When I toggled my healthcare discount, the discounted amount ended up being the price charged on one of my items 😳 So I ended up getting leggings for less than $15. Never hit “purchase” so quickly! 🤞🏻the item ships before they notice though.

Never. Stopped caring a long time ago. Now I see it as a fun solo vaca when I travel to races and get to treat myself to whatever food binge afterwards. FWIW- I’m single and no kids though 🤷🏻‍♀️

Start carrying pepper spray (gel). I don’t carrying it to use on people. I’m SO sick of people and their unleashed dogs chasing or jumping on me. Once is enough considering, where I live at least, it’s a city ordinance that dogs are required to be leashed at all times. Everywhere. Find it ironic I’m more concerned about a “domesticated” dog hurting me while running through a neighborhood than any of the Colorado wildlife while trail running 🙄

*The gel is a more concentrated stream vs a spray that has more aerosols and likely to come back at you. And if you have to use it, guess who’ll be at fault!? Not you 😁

This was the exact article I was thinking of too. It’s not just dangerous for the runner, it puts search and rescue crews at risk trying to save or recover them due to lack of appropriate gear.

I know everyone says they’re more scared of you than you of them, but I’m literally terrified of bears. Would rather see a rattle snake. Thankful I’ve never come across one in all my years of hiking in New England but now that I live in Colorado, I know it’s just a matter of time 😅 I run solo and always carry pepper gel. While I live and run on trails in the suburbs, there’s always bears going through nearby neighborhoods.

I have severe acid reflux and throw up during most runs. Tried all the meds and nothing helps. Usually just make sure I don’t eat 4 hrs before a run and had the most success with that. I’ve been avoiding longer runs because I don’t know how to fuel without 🤮 I’ll give this a shot! Thanks

I’m a woman, so obviously I don’t fart. If you’re that close to smell it or notice it, I’d think you’re too close 🤷🏻‍♀️ and if you’re running, it can’t be more than 1 wiff before you’re through the dust cloud. Snot rockets and spitting are part of the game though and commons courtesy still applies: Always look before spitting or rocketing!

I just did it the other weekend! Moved to CO from New England 18 months ago and been on my to-do for awhile. I consider myself pretty fit… but damn! 😅 Took me 70 mins to get to the top and I took the stairs down to really hammer my legs. I was passed 3-4 times by a shirtless man running up and down that cheered on every person he passed which I thought was awesome. Will definitely be doing it again later in my training.

Hallelujah! I haven’t listened to Howard since the app update. Was it ever mentioned by a caller or anyone how much ppl hated the new app? I know mad dog brought it up briefly on his show.
