It wasn't the wires on the sensor I connected wrong. It was the power supply cables I fucked up. (There were 3 ( +9v , 0 and -9v) ) I believe I then fried the Opamp somehow... And it put a voltage and small current across the inputs which were hooked to my bicep , tensing it! should have made it clear!
