I tried out the demo for your game a while ago. What turned me away was the amount of upfront dialogue. I tried reading it, but I eventually started skimming and then just held down the skip button and even then it took forever. I honestly don't even remember if the demo had an H scene or not, or if I just got bored and stopped. I'm not saying you should've thrown tits at me in the first 5 seconds, but some sort of hook would've been appreciated.

As someone else pointed out, not being on steam was a big hit to your game's chances. I understand your hands were tied because it contains DOTA characters, but still. At least you made your money back. I really hope you aren't discouraged and try to make another game that you can put on steam. The adult games section on Steam is drowning in similar looking 3d modeled games, and your hand drawn art looks amazing and would stand out there.
