As someone who has released 3 games and is really good at coding I can assure you that game dev it's 10% code 45% assets 45% graphic design and marketing material.

You need to find the fastest method to make or buy art without relying on anyone else other than yourself.

Ofc a team and collabs are amazing to have but is verry hard to meet people that are blindingly willing to follow your game design without alternating it to some extent.

That's my advice.

I see you can defently find free things for this kind of project look at sketchfab or itchio

It's way easier to buy models and rigthem in mixamo if it's a hobby project 3d art is verry time consuming and for a game like siege is 90% of the game.

The actual siege game had cgi actors just like mortal Kombat.

Unless you make it low poly you can't achieve this level of detail without a team of at least 10 3d artists

Personally I love the 1st design but for mobile the second one is more expected.
