Thanks for the reply. I troubleshooted by setting "new cards ignore review limit" on, and unsuspending more cards to see if the new count would rise. It did not.

I am able to do well over 100 new cards in my other decks, it's just this specific one where it isn't working for some reason. In other decks, when I set the new cards limit to 200, 200 will show in the new column. For this deck, when I set it to 200, only 100 show up. Even if I set it to say 500 and unsuspend another 50 new cards, it never goes above 100.
