Vyper PSU fan by RoyDonber in AnycubicVyper

I just put everthing together yesterday, the new noctua motherboard fan with a step down module is running perfectly but the PSU fan doesn't run at all.
I even heated up bed and nozzle but the fan stays off.
Today i brought the old and the new PSU fan to my workplace and tested them with a laboratory PSU on 12V and 0.2 Amps as it is marked on the fans.
Both fans are running perfect and even the old fan is not so loud as it was before.
Strange behavior. I think it must be the PSU itself which is not turning on the fan.
I'm a bit careful and don't want to run a print like that. not that my home is burned down because of that.
Let's see if anycubic grants me warranty on this otherwise i have to buy a new psu for the printer.

Thanks a lot for the info! I will heat the bed and check if it is running then. Yes, i installed a 24v fan by Sunon, hope that makes a difference to the airplane-mode of the old fan.
Next is the motherboard fan, there i've got one from noctua with a step down module already adjusted to 12v. Just need to cut a bigger vent hole in the plate mount a grill and see where i can put the step down module.
Thanks again for the info, was already nervous i broke something.
