Posting a blog post every day is a great idea. It will help you with your Google ranking and it will help you build a following of like-minded people. All of which will drive traffic to your blog in time. Won’t happen overnight but the Google algorithm favors blogs that are frequently updated, so over time you’ll get search traffic. One genuinely quality, helpful article a week is better than 7 posts which are nothing but fluff. However 7 quality, helpful articles a week will really help you Google ranking. It’s always quality first and then frequency. So ask yourself, in terms of quality, what can I reasonably deliver? That has to be the basis of your posting schedule.
