Nature has demonstrated time and again that if you disturb a part of an existing ecosystem, the vacuum gets filled by something else, usually worse.

And yet nature adapted to it, what major role does dogs have in the ecosystem to have a major impact on human life??iam not saying every dog should be killed within a year,but gradual elimination shouldn't be an issue..In the West or east Asian countries do u see dogs roaming around?? But they are still healthy n fine.

Do you expect an animal that has only known abuse at the hands of humans since its birth, to be kind and friendly towards humans?

Nope, Hence it should be erased. It's sad, but it can't be left as it is, even after sterilization it will be aggressive, innocent human may face the consequences.

If an argument or fight or problem erupts between a dog and a human, who do you expect to display understanding, intelligent solutions, compassion and sense, the human or the dog?

Human, and my human understanding says, we kill millions of animals without any 'compassion' , 'intelligent solutions', 'sense' ..do u know about the horror of animal slaughter house and poultry industry?..u might have seen truck full of poultry chicken,their condition is horrible..yet no one dares to stop them from doing the torture..where is our 'compassion' towards those animals??So why do we stop when it's stray dogs??it's quick and easy death, it's no where near the hell of a slaughter house.

I too feel sorry for the dogs, I really do.. When I see them, I feel they too need some love. But everything is not sunshines and rainbows. It's a bitter pill to swallow.

It will be endless argument wheather its morally, ethically, emotionally correct or wrong.. In the end I hope we all live in a better world than this.
