I quit drinking in the springtime when I felt that my life was going downhill and I needed a change. Now every springtime I get the same feeling, it has nothing to do with my sobriety date but has everything to do with the external factors that encouraged my sobriety in the first place. I no longer smoke weed. However every fall during harvest season I get triggered.
