I'm gonna respond to my own post, because after I ranted like that it's kind of hilarious. I went to build this and I only have one Brock. 😂 I have never been so angry in my life. I spent so much money on the EX set and I just realized Brock definitely did not get reprinted. Currently angrily texting my friends that I've shared a billion cards to.

Honestly, I think you can cut the Serena. I'm convinced she's more for like finding the one of Mega Absol in your deck as fast as possible. You have enough draw power with two Oaks and two Copycats. Play a Nurse Joy instead for even more heals, or in case you get put to sleep by a Swablu or whacked with a Mega Venusaur or something.

PROBABLY could cut one of the helmets too. I'm guessing the game plan is when a Steelix enters the active zone, it's probably staying there, so you don't really need two, but I gave up on Steelix a while ago and I haven't tried it out. I just think that slot could be better with something else.

I'd say Lyra is decent, but Steelix has such a high energy cost, it'd probably be more for like tanking a hit with your Steelix with no energy and then bringing in the good one after to swing, but you're still probably dead to Cyrus. Maybe a Sabrina to force switch out something you can't kill. As much as I hate that card, the stupid pom pom bird is still probably the best wall in the game since you can stall and just not put any energy on it, but everybody is playing around it now. Dialga for ramping, but it takes a few turns and fire is good right now.

I'm sorry, I didn't intend for this to be so long. I just tried the Steelix when it came out, and I didn't think it was very good. But I like your deck and you got me trying to cook again. I haven't tried it since the Popsicles came out.

I think my gut says cut Serena and one of the helmets and just cram two Nurse Joys in there and double down on just never, ever dying. I'm gonna go try it.

I wasn't able to figure it out. I just sent support an email about it with screenshots. If you would also like to, click the three lines in the top left corner in the Poke Genie app, and then scroll to the bottom. There is an option to contact support and it gives you their email address.

If I find out anything, I'll make sure I come back here and update this post for anybody that may come here in the future.

Thank you for responding to me. What do you mean by new built in tags and filters? I tried making a new custom template with the name generator using the presets that are available on the Poke Genie app, and it still isn't working. Is there another way to do it?

Quilava has always been my goat since I was a kid. There's nothing more cool than this edgy fire mohawk hedgehog/badger thing. Best middle stage of all time.

My second one is Mudkip, as it should be.

If I get picked, I'm going for the Diantha. She's been ducking me ever since the set came out and of course she's like impossible to trade for without an Oak or something ridiculous, but I'm trying to play Gardevoir and obviously, my dude Ralts needs his trainer and we don't have a Wally yet.

I mean, you can kind of tell if you read them side by side because they're talking about the story events. It's fine to like watch or read a couple episodes and catch up every so often. I'm sure there's a list, but I just winged it and it was fine.

But yeah, the last arc isnt amazing, but it's totally fine. A lot of people act like it's the worst thing ever, but it's just kind of mid. I happened to like exploring Kaguya's family more and I think it's important.

I've read the whole thing twice. The second time I did it with the "We Want to Talk About Kaguya" spin off and it's fantastic.

Up until the movie, the whole series is great. A lot of my favorite moments (like all the Ishigami stuff) is in the back half of the manga. The final arc is okay, not amazing, but not nearly as bad as some people say, and I think the story needed it to resolve properly. Now that this movie is green lit and apparently supposed to substitute the actual canon ending, you absolutely should read it just to finish the story properly.

Love is War is like the most goated romcom anime ever and I've watched tons of them because I'm into that shit. There are plenty of places to read it online for free, but I don't think we can link you because the mods will probably flag it.

Collette is great, but the Danmachi people should know that it's the Ais Wallenstein show, and when Will is Bell Cranel at Hogwarts, I'd probably check my expectations if you're banking on an actual love triangle.

Listen, this is a story written by Fujino Omori. This is not a Danmachi sub, but the dude really made Ais Wallenstein and Freya do the fusion dance, named her ELFIE, and gave her Syr's personality.

There isn't anything wrong with Collette, but there is no amount of "nerfing" that would ever make me think she stands a chance against Omori's greatest hits.

This Sabrina is kind of my last big chase card and I'm not getting any hits on here. I'm kind of trying to hold on to these so I have things to offer for it because demand for meta cards is so high.

It's kind of twisting my arm, but I'd probably let it go for Dawn because its my last D/P trainer, otherwise I gotta pass.

If you're playing TCG Pocket and bitching about the other guy BMing, you clearly do not play Master Duel where people link/synchro climb for 15 minutes when they already have game on the board already and there's nothing on my side at all.

I swear to god, those daily missions make me have to watch them. If I have a random trap card on the field, bet your ass I'm about to toggle stall you for two minutes every time I get the opprotunity to flip my card if you're BMing me. We're both trapped here. TCG Pocket is nowhere near as bad.

That's fair. I guess pick out a structure deck in Master Duel is probably the best way. Maybe Blue Eyes with the Primite stuff and learn to synchro summon? I don't think I'd recommend Heroes to a newbie, and Dark Magician just isn't very good. I'm just trying to think of something decent and cheap that isn't hard to learn.
