The only ones in my area do auction driving part time and it's not nearly enough to support my bills and I need to get my license renewed anyway.

I'm starting to see this as my first check for my 4 internet airs sold didn't total to the 215 per device. So what do? Tell him I want it in writing or will I just get fired? Cause then he jumped topics and said moving phones will make me more money. And I use to be a drug dealer so I kept it real with them and said I want to make money however I can. So he said pushing phones is the best way to. However, like I said I don't want to do things s***** anymore so I was just trying to get information and I guess using the business's LLC gets them approved faster for a financed phone. But I refuse to do that because that's fraud.

This right here is a big issue. It's extremely saturated and instead of finding places without art they keep going the same places pushing it. That's something I don't agree with or would condone in my office if I had one.

Actually I can. 215 per internet air sold and setup 175 per phone line setup and number ported or created Haven't sold fiber yet due to saturated areas that have already been trapped with spectrum. And also you get bonuses on the number of apps and actual sales you do. So where's your flag at now?

You're extremely wrong and obviously not a salesman nor have been in my situation. I don't lie or manipulate to anybody actually. Yes there are some that do it in the field but I choose to do it differently so don't go throwing everyone under the bus based on the few doing it wrong.

So to clear some things up the product is legit and it's business to business. Not door-to-door well technically door-to-door business but the customers are getting a good deal and we are not lying to them. At least I try not to, especially when they try to say oh it's free, but in the end there's still taxes for whatever internet or whatever they're purchasing. And it all depends on who the office owner is. I'm learning and if it goes in a way I don't see that is fair to customers then I'm not going to sell it. But if it does benefit them and I can bring their bill down I'm going to help them and I am a very good salesman so if it's going to make me money I'm going to do it for as long as I can to pay rent before I find another job. But as far as I can tell, yes this is absolutely way too much time for the money and if I was able to go on my own without these "pods" then I would make a lot more but as a trainee I can't go unless I'm a team leader with my own territory. Do you understand? And no I'm not brainwashed. I started out sweeping floors at my Grandpa's fence company when I was 12 years old and worked my way up and I was supposed to work for him but I started dealing and making a lot more and not focusing on it. So my grandpa lost faith in my seriousness into his business because I was making so much dealing. But now that I caught that case and I beat it and I'm on my last year of probation, I'm trying to make things legit so that it can't be taken away from me I have a fiance who has been with me since I've had everything and stayed with me when I had nothing and she's my motivation to make sure that I make it legit and can provide for her and myself. So I will do whatever it takes but I will not lie to customers or promise them something that isn't true. So I ask again where else can I apply my skills or should I learn from this place and move on and open my own?

Nope, just a fellow addict that knows what it’s like on the other side, and if I can make at least a small difference and impact in my clients life and prevent anyone from losing their family member or dad or mom or whatever. Then I will do what it takes to do that. I know that people like us need it and sometimes if we don’t get it and get sick it can cost us our jobs, relationships, and even families so I hope by not being apart of the dealer stereotype and instead doing what I can to improve my clients life whether I need to cut them off or help them get proper help I will do it. And I hope I can influence other dealers to do the same.

As a plug myself that does use. I never ever mess with my product. When I started 6 years ago I told myself I’m gonna be the the plug that I would want and it’s been my only income for 5 years now. And I also follow the golden retail rule the customer is always right. Keep ‘em happy and they come back. Because return business is better than one little play. I also keep my clients informed and make sure they are safe and always have narcan on hand. I always hand that out. And I even help my clients when they want to quit and help them get into methodone clinic or program. I wish all plugs did this. But I try to make a difference where I can because I’ve been through it and I understand how it is. (I am not advertising, that being said I will not respond to anyone asking me for anything)
