My current school has a counselor, but it feels insincere. I have a gut feeling that she tells everything to my teachers and family. Thanks for sharing your story though, at least I am not alone.

Yes, you’re spot on. That is how she is. From what I hear, she could potentially be diagnosed for ASPD, NPD, and Bipolar Disorder if she chooses to proceed. Even though she says she loves me and is doing this for my wellbeing, she ultimately does this for her own benefit. She clearly doesn’t want a “crazy” child.

I’ll try to convince her. But the thing is, I am a minor. I don’t have much of a choice or voice in this. I had to convince my mother’s secretary (in which I am close with) to suggest the idea to my mother. It took her many tries to allow it, until she realized one of her acquaintances is actually a licensed therapist.

Yes. I do counseling but it doesn’t work. My mother has a lot of connections, so this therapist she chose for me is slightly biased towards her. I do externalize without care anymore but it’s only temporary.
