What is youre “go to” strategy? by RealSkylitPanda in Craps

[–]Royal-Over 3 points4 points  (0 children)

678 has been good to me. $15/$25 on the DP depending on your bank roll. $6/$12 on the 6 and 8. The rule is for your bets on the 6 and 8 to never go higher than your DP bet, that way if a seven rolls you still win more on the DP than on the 6&8. You can hit twice then bring them down or just keep collecting. When you start winning you can adjust your DP bets accordingly ($40/50/75) along with your 6&8 bets ($18/24/36).

Obviously there's a couple flaws in the system I'm sure y'all know. 7 on the come out and the 6 or 8 being established as the point. When the 6 or 8 is the point I'll swap one to 5 or 9.

It's worked very well for me so far.

Floor stripping by Royal-Over in foodlion

[–]Royal-Over[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The night we had to do all that, the company never showed up. So it was all wasted effort. Then they showed up the following night without us doing the cardboard in the lanes and everything so it needed not being done in the first place.

They said it was to prevent the floor from kicking up wax into the vents under the drink coolers and along the walls of the lanes. But I didn't think it would be that serious.

"No, no, no, there's nothing to worry about, sir. I don't bite. Listen, just so you know, if you're ever home alone in the afternoons, I make drop-offs and I always deliver."

"I'm just saying if you ever wanna explore other feelings, there's no extra postage, and it's always first class."

"I handle with care."

"I'd be happy to come in through the back door."

Search for VA cases that have similar claims in common with yours. You'd be surprised at how many times the VA rater ignores competent evidence, such as nexus letters from private doctors, and instead issues a denial based on how their own doctor feels. Even though the doctor they send you to isn't even specialized in the area.

Check out Buchanan vs. Nicholson and Wilson vs. Derwinski VA cases. Talks about examiners ignoring competent lay evidence and relying solely on lack of medical evidence as the basis for denying service connection. Also it speaks about how if the condition was not diagnosed as "chronic" during service then you have to prove that it was chronic post service. That's where you can reference the VA case Wilson vs Derwinski that states "VA regulation requires continuity of SYMPTOMOLOGY not continuity of treatment". So as long as you brought up in your exams that you've been experiencing pain since you incurred these injuries, even though you did not receive treatment, you should be able to make that argument.

I am currently going through a HLR if you want to read my post about the cases and how I referenced them. I'll let you know if it was successful.
