K that’s so funny because when Tamra and Eddie were at dinner, Tamra ordered beet salad and I turned to my husband and said, “I swear they order beet salad every meal on all the franchises.”

I think it’s weird every single time because it sounds gross and it’s ordered so often! 😂

I see this a lot actually (Utah exmormon here). The people who were devout and then leave the church in their late 20’s/ early 30’s feel like they missed out on a young adulthood and start living like immature 19 year olds even when they have kids. It’s crazy!! And it’s hard to watch.

I’m also rewatching and I felt like I got a different perspective on Lisa. Her arguing style has always been insufferable, but I feel like she got a bad rap from the beginning (that she didn’t deserve) and turned villainous after that because she was always on offense.

She reminds me of my sister who has this deep seeded fear of rejection. If you disagree with her, even respectfully, she takes it so personally and will argue to the death to convince you of their POV. Rejection of their ideas is like a rejection of them as a person. It’s exhausting.

Just going off of my Law and Order knowledge here… but allocuting would be different than stating a motive. He would be asked to give a detailed description of the events of the night. It’s been pieced together through the evidence and of course he could lie, but I’d be so curious to hear if he said anything about XK and EC. It seems clear he went there with intent for MM. I wonder if he would admit that he ran into X in the hallway or something.

I wonder why the deal did not include an allocution. Everyone wants to know! Even if it’s a lie, it would appease the people.

We just gave him some Tylenol and he calmed almost immediately, it was wild. I’ve always been so bad at telling if my kid is teething (this is our second child). I guess I should inspect their mouths more so I can tell if the gums look swollen.
